At Live Well With Melissa, we take pride in our quality home decor and apparel products. While all our items are made to order through print-on-demand services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Item significantly differs from description
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Items damaged due to misuse
TIMEFRAMES
• Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery
• Initiate return requests within 14 days of delivery
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return inspection
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
Contact us with your order number
Provide photos of the issue (if applicable)
Await return authorization
Ship item back in original packaging
Include return authorization number
RETURN SHIPPING
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Use tracked shipping service
• Package items securely
• Keep proof of shipping
REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds include:

• Original shipping costs (if return due to our error)
Refunds exclude:

DAMAGED ITEMS
For damaged items:
• Take photos of damage and packaging

• Do not discard packaging until claim is resolved
• We may offer replacement instead of refund
CANCELLATIONS
• Orders can be cancelled before production begins
• Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled
• Print-on-demand items begin production immediately
EXCHANGE POLICY
• We do not offer direct exchanges
• Return item for refund and place new order
• Contact us for assistance with replacement orders

• Manufacturing defects
